Great value hotel, had a great stay for a second night. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast food in the café. The room was well stocked and quiet with a separate bedroom and in decent condition. Washington Square metro station was only 10 minutes away.

The young gentleman at the front desk was great! He was pleasant, respectful and eager to help. He gave us great recommendations on food and how to get on the trolley to get into the city. The rooms were clean and the location was great. The staff made up for what the age and lack of attention to detail to the rooms and property exterior offered. The phone system in the room was inoperable and there was no hair dryer. We reported thumping music from a next-door room and soon after the music stopped. The location was good for us, close to our daughter's apartment and very close to public transportation. We easily took it downtown to the popular attractions. The decor was nice and the hotel was pretty clean.
Felt really like home, nothing to complain about.
